Industrial HVAC Technician

Industrial HVAC Technician needed in Lexington. Install and maintain industrial HVAC systems in manufacturing environments. Work with rooftop units, split systems, and chilled water equipment. Install ductwork, dampers, and air distribution components. Perform refrigerant charging, leak testing, and system evacuation. Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues on HVAC equipment. Program and calibrate thermostats and building automation interfaces. Perform preventive maintenance and document equipment conditions. Balance air systems and verify proper airflow rates. Install and service exhaust fans and ventilation equipment. Maintain EPA certification for refrigerant handling compliance. Must have industrial HVAC experience and valid EPA certification. Schedule is 5 days per week with 10 hour shifts. Per diem provided.

• Minimum 3 years industrial HVAC experience required. EPA Section 608 certification required for refrigerant handling. Experience with commercial and industrial HVAC equipment. Knowledge of refrigeration systems, controls, and troubleshooting. Ability to read mechanical drawings and equipment specifications. Experience with preventive maintenance and service calls. Must pass drug screen and background check. OSHA 10 certification required. Must be comfortable working on rooftops and at heights. Own HVAC tools and reliable transportation required.
