Skilled Trade Helper

Skilled Trade Helper position in Orlando. Support skilled tradesmen on industrial construction projects. Assist with material handling, tool staging, and work area preparation. Learn trade skills while working alongside experienced craftsmen. Help with equipment rigging and positioning under supervision. Maintain clean work areas and proper tool organization. Stage materials and components for installation activities. Assist with grinding, cleaning, and surface preparation. Support inspection activities with area preparation and access. Follow directions carefully and ask questions when unclear. Demonstrate reliability and willingness to learn new skills. This is an excellent entry point into the skilled trades with advancement opportunities. Schedule is 6 days per week with 10 hour shifts. Per diem provided.

• Must be at least 18 years old with valid identification. Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check. Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn skilled trades. Must be physically capable of manual labor and material handling. Ability to follow directions carefully and work safely. Reliable transportation to job site required. OSHA 10 certification preferred but can be obtained after hire. Must be able to work overtime including weekends when required. Strong work ethic and desire to advance in the trades. Positive attitude and team player mentality required.
