Electrical Foreman

Electrical Foreman to lead crew in St. Cloud. Supervise electrical crew on industrial construction projects. Plan and coordinate daily work activities and material requirements. Review drawings and specifications for accuracy and completeness. Ensure quality workmanship and code compliance on all installations. Track installation progress and maintain accurate daily reports. Coordinate with other disciplines on interface points and sequencing. Enforce safety requirements and conduct daily safety briefings. Mentor journeymen and apprentices to develop team capabilities. Interface with client inspectors and address findings promptly. Manage crew timekeeping and productivity tracking. Must have electrical foreman experience on industrial projects. Schedule is 6 days per week with 10 hour shifts. Competitive foreman rates with full per diem.

• Minimum 6 years industrial electrical experience with 2 years as foreman. Valid journeyman or master electrician license required. Proven ability to lead crews and manage installation activities. Strong drawing reading and work planning capabilities. Knowledge of NEC code and inspection requirements. Experience coordinating with other trades and client representatives. Must pass drug screen and background check. OSHA 30 certification required. Computer literacy for reporting and timekeeping. Must maintain professional relationships with all stakeholders.
