Maintenance Lead Mechanic

Maintenance Lead Mechanic for production facility in Greensboro. Lead maintenance crew in industrial production environment. Coordinate daily work assignments and prioritize breakdown response. Troubleshoot complex mechanical issues and guide repairs. Develop preventive maintenance procedures and schedules. Train mechanics on equipment operation and maintenance techniques. Manage spare parts inventory and ordering. Track equipment reliability metrics and identify improvement opportunities. Coordinate planned maintenance during production windows. Interface with production supervision on equipment status. Ensure safety procedures are followed on all maintenance activities. Must have maintenance lead experience in manufacturing environment. Schedule is 6 days per week with 10 hour shifts. Lead rates with full per diem.

• Minimum 5 years industrial maintenance experience with lead responsibilities. Proven ability to lead maintenance crew and coordinate activities. Strong troubleshooting skills for complex mechanical issues. Experience developing PM procedures and training technicians. Knowledge of spare parts management and reliability improvement. Must pass drug screen and background check. OSHA 30 certification required. Computer proficiency with CMMS systems. Professional communication skills for interface with production.
