Electrical Superintendent

Electrical Superintendent for major project in Toledo. Oversee all electrical discipline activities on large industrial construction project. Manage multiple foremen and coordinate manpower across work areas. Develop and maintain installation schedules and resource plans. Review and approve material requisitions and track deliveries. Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and quality requirements. Lead safety initiatives and maintain zero incident performance. Coordinate with engineering on technical issues and field changes. Interface with client project management and provide status updates. Manage subcontractor activities and verify work quality. Drive productivity improvements and cost control measures. Must have superintendent experience on industrial electrical projects exceeding 50 million dollars. Schedule is 5 days per week with 10 hour shifts. Excellent compensation package with per diem.

• Minimum 10 years industrial electrical experience with 4 years as superintendent. Experience managing electrical scope on projects exceeding 50 million dollars. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to develop schedules, manage resources, and control costs. Knowledge of electrical codes, specifications, and quality requirements. Experience with client interface and project reporting. Must pass drug screen and thorough background investigation. OSHA 30 and additional safety certifications required. Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office and project controls software.
