Job Description

HVAC Lead for industrial installation in Cincinnati. Lead HVAC crew on industrial mechanical installations. Coordinate equipment setting and ductwork installation sequences. Review drawings and verify routing and equipment selections. Ensure quality installation of piping, ductwork, and controls. Track installation progress and report to supervision daily. Coordinate with electrical for power connections and controls. Schedule equipment startups and performance testing. Troubleshoot system issues during commissioning phase. Manage punch list items to completion. Interface with building automation contractor on integration. Must have HVAC lead experience on industrial projects. Schedule is 6 days per week with 10 hour shifts. Lead rates with full per diem.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years industrial HVAC experience with lead responsibilities. EPA Section 608 Universal certification required. Proven ability to lead crew and coordinate installation activities. Experience with chiller systems, cooling towers, and building automation. Knowledge of system commissioning and performance testing. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. Must pass drug screen and background check. OSHA 30 certification required. Computer literacy for controls and documentation. Professional communication skills required.
