Industrial Plumber

Industrial Plumber needed in Baton Rouge. Install industrial plumbing systems for manufacturing and processing facilities. Work with cast iron, copper, PVC, and stainless steel piping systems. Install sanitary drainage, storm water, and process waste systems. Maintain proper slope and support spacing per code requirements. Install fixtures, valves, and equipment connections. Perform pressure testing and leak checks on completed systems. Read plumbing drawings and coordinate with other trades. Cut, thread, and join pipe using appropriate methods for materials. Install roof drains, floor drains, and cleanouts per plan. Ensure code compliance and prepare systems for inspection. Must have industrial plumbing experience and valid license where required. Schedule is 5 days per week with 10 hour shifts. Per diem provided.

• Valid plumbing license required for work jurisdiction. Minimum 4 years industrial plumbing experience required. Experience with cast iron, copper, PVC, and stainless steel systems. Knowledge of plumbing codes and inspection requirements. Ability to read plumbing drawings and specifications. Experience with industrial drainage and process waste systems. Must pass drug screen and background check. OSHA 10 certification required. Own plumbing tools required. Reliable transportation to job site required.
