NCCCO Crane Operator

NCCCO Crane Operator for industrial lifts in Nashville. Operate mobile cranes for industrial construction and maintenance lifts. Perform daily crane inspections and document findings. Review lift plans and verify load weights and rigging configurations. Set up crane with proper outrigger placement and ground conditions. Execute lifts per plan while maintaining communication with riggers. Monitor load chart limits and boom angle throughout operations. Ensure swing radius is clear and barricaded appropriately. Stop operations for any unsafe conditions or weather concerns. Maintain crane maintenance logs and report mechanical issues. Participate in critical lift planning meetings when required. Must hold current NCCCO certification for mobile cranes. Schedule is 6 days per week with 10 hour shifts. Operator rates with full per diem provided.

• Current NCCCO certification for mobile cranes required. Minimum 4 years crane operating experience in construction. Knowledge of load charts, rigging configurations, and lift planning. Experience with critical lifts and engineered lift procedures. Strong safety judgment and decision-making abilities. Ability to communicate effectively with rigging crews. Must pass drug screen and background check. Must maintain current medical certification for crane operation. Clean driving record required. Experience with multiple crane types preferred.
