Lattice Boom Crane Operator

Lattice Boom Crane Operator for heavy lifts in Chattanooga. Operate lattice boom crawler cranes for heavy industrial lifts. Execute critical lifts following engineered lift plans precisely. Assemble and disassemble boom sections as required for mobilization. Verify load charts for specific boom configurations and counterweight. Coordinate tandem lifts with other crane operators when required. Maintain precise load control during equipment setting operations. Work with rigging foreman on complex pick and carry operations. Ensure proper ground preparation for crane travel paths. Document all lifts and maintain thorough inspection records. Participate in pre-lift meetings and job hazard analyses. Must have lattice boom crane experience and current certifications. Schedule is 6 days per week with 10 hour shifts. Premium operator rates with full per diem.

• Current NCCCO certification for lattice boom cranes required. Minimum 5 years lattice boom crane experience on heavy lifts. Experience with boom assembly and crane configuration changes. Knowledge of engineered lift plans and critical lift procedures. Experience with tandem lifts and complex pick and carry operations. Strong safety judgment on ground conditions and setup requirements. Must pass drug screen and background check. Current medical certification required. Experience with crawler crane travel and setup procedures.
